Order handling and delivery fees cover every step from order confirmation to signed delivery - charged per order, transparent and traceable.

What order handling covers

• Order check: double verification of SKU, quantity, model and lead time, with proactive confirmation on exceptions.
• Picking & checking: pick-to-order, dual verification, scan-based dispatch.
• Packing: standard cartons with moisture and shock protection; extra reinforcement for fragile and precision items.
• Documents: packing lists, delivery notes and tracking numbers entered and pushed through the system.

How delivery is charged

• Charged on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight; oversized items quoted separately.
• Same-day/next-day lines within Shanghai and the Yangtze Delta; nationwide coverage via express and line-haul networks.
• Customer-nominated carriers, self-pickup and consolidated shipments are all supported and billed at cost.

Every order's charges are confirmed before dispatch and sent together with the tracking number.
