Fees & Charges

Inbound handling and storage fees cover warehouse operations and space occupation from goods receipt to dispatch, billed on actual usage.

What inbound handling covers

• Receiving by appointment: deliveries are registered in advance and scheduled on arrival.
• Counting & inspection: quantity check against the purchase order, model verification, sampling inspection of appearance and packaging.
• Put-away & records: bin location, batch and serial numbers logged, stock visible online to the customer.

How storage is charged

• Billed on occupied pallet positions/volume and days stored, with separate tiers for light bulky and heavy goods.
• New inbound goods enjoy a free storage period; after that, daily over-period storage applies.
• Framework agreements with reserved space and locked rates are available for long-term stocking customers.

Stock and charges are reconciled monthly, with full inbound/outbound transaction history available.
