AT9220A Series AC/DC Hipot Tester
The AT9220A AC/DC hipot tester uses a 5-inch color touch-screen LCD and a high-performance 32-bit ARM processor — compact, lightweight and easy to operate. The high-voltage module uses a DA reference, controllable sine generator, class-AB amplifier and a 40–600 Hz high-voltage transformer with closed-loop output-voltage control.
It supports 0.050–5.000 kV AC and 0.050–6.000 kV DC withstand testing, with Handler (PLC) and RS232C interfaces for convenient PC communication and remote control, satisfying automated testing and higher production efficiency.
