0.375″ dovetail 90° multi-station fixture with 1.50″ dovetail base.
The Mini Tombstone body integrates four RWP-042SS dovetail fixtures and is purpose-built for 5-axis machining, holding four parts simultaneously. It mounts to the following 1.50″ dovetail Raptor fixtures: RWP-001, RWP-001SS, RWP-013, RWP-013SS, RWP-026 and RWP-027. The dovetail base enables fast, easy changeover — while one mini tombstone is running its machining cycle, parts can be loaded on the next. Changeover time is dramatically reduced and machine productivity significantly increased.
The mini tombstone body is manufactured from 7075-T6511 aluminum; the RWP-042SS dovetail fixtures are made of 17-4 stainless steel.

Installation Instructions & Precautions
- The fixture must be securely bolted to the pallet or table using the supplied screws.
- Never modify or replace any screws, springs or clamps with non-original parts.
- Clamp tightening torque must be between 120–175 in-lbs, never exceed 175 in-lbs Most applications can be tightened directly with the supplied T-handle wrench, but a torque wrench is always recommended until the correct torque for your application is determined. Depending on workpiece size and material being cut, clamping force may need to be adjusted. Never over-tighten or under-tighten — either can cause clamp or fixture failure.
- When machining parts in dovetail workholding, strictly follow our pre-machining diagram; failure to do so may result in part release and/or fixture damage. Pay particular attention to the dimensions and corner radii specified in the diagram.
- Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury, or damage to the workpiece, cutting tools, fixture and/or machine tool.
