Battery Tester

The AT528 handheld battery tester measures battery internal resistance and voltage simultaneously. Controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor with fully automatic real-time detection and a large-capacity built-in lithium battery for extra-long standby, it combines handheld portability with benchtop-class performance. Main specifications are compatible with the Hioki 3554: resistance 0.01 mΩ–2.2 kΩ (2200 counts), DC voltage 0.0001–60 V (60,000 counts), 0.5% accuracy and reading fluctuation within 3 digits.

Resistance measurement uses the vector test principle and voltage measurement the differential principle, accurately capturing open-circuit voltage. Professional sorting with sort records, OK/NG display and alarm settings supports automatic sorting systems for fully automated production-line testing. With 500-record storage, one-key data saving and optional USB for remote control and data acquisition/analysis, the AT528 suits in-line inspection of all battery types.
