AT525 Handheld Battery Tester (UPS Online Testing)
The AT525 storage-battery internal-resistance tester measures internal resistance and voltage online. Controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor with fully automatic real-time detection and a large built-in lithium battery for long standby, it combines handheld portability with benchtop performance: resistance 0.001 mΩ–33 Ω (3300 counts) and 0–60 V DC voltage (6000 counts) with stable readings.
Vector-based resistance measurement and differential voltage measurement accurately capture open-circuit voltage. Professional sorting with data logging, OK/NG display and alarm settings suits UPS online battery measurement and sorting systems. With 1000-record storage, one-key saving and USB-stick export, plus a USB interface for remote control and data acquisition/analysis, the AT525 is ideal for in-line inspection of all battery types.
