AT683 Series Insulation Resistance Tester
The AT683 is an insulation resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor, uniquely measuring and displaying insulation resistance and leakage current simultaneously. Six ranges cover 100 kΩ–10 TΩ, maximum display 9999 counts, test speed up to 55 readings/second — ultra-fast testing for efficient automated production.
Sorting functions with alarm settings and an optional Handler interface support fully automated production-line testing; an optional RS232C interface covers remote control and data acquisition/analysis. It measures the insulation resistance of electronic components, equipment, dielectric materials, wire and cable, and more.
