Insulation Resistance Tester

The AT69210 multi-channel insulation resistance tester is a fully automatic real-time micro-benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, with full-color LCD, full numeric keypad and the ATB operating system for clear display and easy operation. In parallel mode, all channels start measurement simultaneously.

Each channel can set its own test voltage and range to suit different objects under test. A built-in high-precision 10 V–1000 V source adjusts precisely in 1 V steps; insulation-resistance accuracy is 2% with range up to 20 GΩ and speed up to 30 readings/second. Contact check and short-circuit detection are built in, with charge timing (0.1–60 s), measurement timing (0.1–999.9 s) and discharge timing (0.1–60 s). Ten setups can be stored internally and ten on an external USB disk.

A built-in comparator is included. LAN, RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces are standard, using SCPI and Modbus RTU protocols to communicate with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for efficient remote control and data acquisition.
