AT38XX Series Precision LCR Digital Bridge
The AT38XX series precision LCR meter is a brand-new iterative model with a high-definition true-color TFT-LCD display, a standard Chinese graphical interface with one-key switching to English for global use. Large, bright digits keep readings clearly legible at a distance, greatly reducing manual reading errors.
Test frequency covers the fully continuous 10 Hz–300 kHz range with 0.001 Hz setting resolution to match specific test frequencies of all kinds of components. Test signal supports 0.01–2.00 Vrms voltage output and 100.0 μA–20.00 mA current output, with a built-in pure DC source for accurate DCR measurement; a ±2.5 V internal DC bias and external bias source support are provided for testing under high-current/high-voltage bias conditions.
Four parameters can be measured simultaneously, all freely configurable, with 6-digit high-precision display for main and secondary parameters. Ten built-in frequency/level sweep lists enable one-key multi-condition characterization, and 3 groups of user-defined frequency-point calibration further improve accuracy for common test scenarios.
The 14-bin comparator with standard HANDLER interface connects directly to PLC control systems for fully automatic multi-bin sorting suited to high-speed production lines. Standard RS232, HANDLER and USB-disk interfaces are SCPI and Modbus compatible for quick integration into automated test systems.
