AT2617 Capacitance Tester
The AT2617 capacitance tester is a fully automatic micro-benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor, offering five test frequencies — 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz — with selectable 0.1 V, 0.3 V, 0.5 V and 1.0 Vrms test levels.
Main/secondary parameters are shown on a full 5-digit display with one of Z, R, Δ, Δ% simultaneously. Accuracy up to 0.1% meets the precise testing and volume-production requirements of automation equipment manufacturers, component producers and users, universities, research institutes and metrology laboratories. Professional sorting includes 10 storage files, 3 programmable OK bins, 1 auxiliary bin (secondary parameter NG), 1 NG bin and main-parameter HI/IN/LO bins, with percentage or absolute sorting; Handler and RS232 interfaces are standard, RS485 and GPIB optional.
An improved design strengthens anti-interference and protection circuits to survive the demanding environment of automation equipment such as sorters and burn-in machines.
