AT6920 Pulsed Lithium Battery Cell Short-Circuit Tester
The AT6920 pulsed lithium battery cell short-circuit tester is designed specifically for the safety testing of lithium-ion cells. Using adjustable high-voltage pulse technology (50–2000 V), it precisely detects internal shorts, micro-shorts and insulation defects inside cells at millisecond-level test speed.
A full-color LCD touch screen supports bilingual Chinese/English operation, with 100 sets of waveform storage and comparison built in; USB/RS232/RS485/LAN interfaces enable data export and remote control. Its intelligent analysis system automatically judges OK/NG results and calculates yield statistics. Widely used in lithium battery production QC and R&D testing, it is an efficient tool for safeguarding lithium battery safety.
