AT6833 Series Insulation Resistance Tester
The AT6833 is an insulation resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor, with pre-charge power supply and an independent test supply. Six ranges cover insulation resistance up to 25 kΩ–1 TΩ, maximum display 9999 counts, test speed up to 55 readings/second — ultra-fast testing for efficient automated production.
Sorting functions with alarm settings and an optional Handler interface support fully automated production-line testing; an RS232C interface covers remote control and data acquisition/analysis. The unique dual-supply design is particularly suitable for automated capacitor testing.
