Leakage Current Tester

The AT6832 is a leakage-current tester designed specifically for capacitor sorters, controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It has pre-charge power supply and an independent test supply; six ranges cover leakage current from 0.1 nA to 20 mA with 9999-count display.

Sorting functions, alarm settings and an optional Handler interface support fully automated production-line testing; an RS-232 interface covers remote control and data acquisition/analysis. Computer remote-control commands are SCPI-compatible for efficient remote control and data acquisition. The AT6832's unique dual-supply design is particularly suitable for automated capacitor testing.
