Leakage Current Tester

The AT6808 multi-channel leakage-current tester is a fully automatic real-time micro-benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. It simultaneously measures 8 leakage-current channels plus 1 non-aged current channel and 1 short-circuit current channel, all displayed on screen. Channels 1–8 measure 0.001 μA–20.000 mA; channel 10 (short-circuit channel) measures 0.01–100 mA.

All channels offer 0.5% accuracy with 5-digit, 20,000-count display per channel. Every channel has an independent comparator, and the 10 comparator results are output separately through the Handler interface. The Handler interface is standard.
