Leakage Current Tester

The AT680A is a supercapacitor leakage-current tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. Digitally-controlled test voltage of 1.000–10.000 V, 2 A charging current and four ranges raise leakage-current accuracy to 1%; it measures 0.001 μA–200 mA with 9999-count display. Test speed reaches 55 readings/second while maintaining 1999 counts and 5% accuracy — ultra-fast testing, an ideal solution for automated production.

Sorting functions, alarm settings and an optional Handler interface support fully automated production-line testing. The built-in RS232C interface covers remote control and data acquisition/analysis; computer remote-control commands are SCPI-compatible for efficient remote control and data acquisition.
