DC Low-Resistance Tester

The AT51160 is an efficient, precise 160-channel resistance tester designed for batch inspection. It supports 10 modules scanning in parallel, completing all channels in 1.1 s, with a range of 1 μΩ–200 kΩ and 0.05% accuracy. An intelligent comparator automatically sorts good parts (OK/LO/HI), each channel has independent comparator settings, and poor-contact detection is built in.

RS-232/485, LAN remote control and USB-disk data storage are supported, compatible with SCPI and Modbus protocols for easy integration into automated lines.
