AT515 DC Resistance Tester
The AT515 is China's first precision DC resistance tester for ultra-low and low parallel resistance, a micro-benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. It offers 0.02% accuracy, 0.1 μΩ resolution and a 0.1 μΩ–1.2 GΩ measurement range. Breakthrough technology achieves a 6.5-digit resistance display with 1,200,000 counts and 4.5 ms sampling, with excellent repeatability.
A built-in temperature-compensation interface compensates temperature-induced error; a 14-bin comparator output with 10 programmable OK bins outputs all bin results via the Handler interface. The standard RS-232 interface uses SCPI and Modbus protocols (Modbus is national standard GB/T19582-2008) for fully automated production-line testing, communicating with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for efficient remote control and data acquisition.
