DC Low-Resistance Tester

The AT512 is a high-precision, wide-range resistance tester controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. It measures 0.1 μΩ–110 MΩ with a 105,000-count display, test speed up to 167 readings/second and basic accuracy of 0.02%; the wide range adapts to varied test requirements.

Professional sorting with 30 data groups and various alarm settings, plus an optional Handler interface, supports fully automatic production-line testing in automatic sorting systems. An RS232C interface covers remote control and data acquisition/analysis, and a temperature-compensation interface lets users compensate the device under test. The highly integrated, rugged yet compact chassis suits laboratory, metrology and field use alike.
