DC Low-Resistance Tester

The AT517 series resistance tester is a fully automatic real-time micro-benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, offering 0.05% accuracy and a 1 μΩ–2 MΩ range, with a 6-digit, 200,000-count display and measurement speed up to 60 readings/second. A built-in temperature-compensation interface compensates ambient-temperature error.

A 10-bin comparator output with 6 programmable OK bins outputs all bin results via the Handler interface. The standard RS-232 interface uses SCPI and Modbus RTU protocols to communicate with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for efficient remote control and data acquisition.

A standard USB interface simplifies computer communication; a standard RS-485 interface with Modbus RTU makes PLC connection easy. A new poor-contact detection function is included.
