AT513 Four-Probe Sheet Resistance Tester
The AT513 four-probe sheet-resistance tester is a fully automatic real-time micro-benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, with a full-color LCD, full numeric keypad and the ATB instrument operating system for clear display and easy operation. The four-probe method separates current and voltage measurement, eliminating contact resistance and improving precision.
It also reduces the influence of background signals — especially significant when measuring low-resistivity materials. The AT513 suits many materials including metals, semiconductors, insulators and composites; for thin films it measures resistivity accurately regardless of sample thickness. Light contact with the sample surface causes no physical damage, making it suitable for delicate materials.
The AT513 computes the F value from length (0–10000 mm), width (0–10000 mm) and probe spacing (0–10000 mm). Ten setups can be stored internally and ten on an external USB disk for quick recall of different specifications. LAN, RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces are standard, communicating via SCPI and Modbus RTU with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for efficient remote control and data acquisition.
