AT2515 Series DC Ultra-Low Resistance Tester

The AT2515 DC resistance tester, developed by ATB Precision Instruments as an iterative upgrade of the AT515, provides a complete solution for these and other testing needs. Its ultra-wide range covers ultra-low resistances such as wire and solder-joint resistance as well as values up to 1.2 GΩ. Built-in multi-bin comparators allow fast line deployment and efficient sorting, with ultra-high-speed testing shortening production-line inspection.
The AT2515 offers multiple interfaces and professional sorting for fully automated production-line testing; RS232/RS485/LAN/USB communication and USB-disk interfaces enable convenient PC data communication and remote control.
