AT2513 Series DC Ultra-Low Resistance Tester
The AT2513 is a high-precision tester developed for ultra-low DC resistance: 10 A test current, measurement range 0.01 μΩ–300.000 Ω, 300,000-count display and 0.02% accuracy. Automatic bidirectional-current and pulsed test modes avoid self-heating in the test loop that would degrade accuracy, and temperature compensation is standard to eliminate ambient-temperature effects.
The AT2513 provides multiple interfaces and professional sorting for fully automated production-line testing; RS232/RS485/LAN/USB communication and USB-disk interfaces enable convenient PC data communication and remote control.
