AT51XX Series 30-Channel DC Low-Resistance Tester
The AT5130 is a brand-new high-precision, wide-range multi-channel resistance tester that scans 30 channels of resistance. Controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, its 3.5-inch true-color LCD displays 30 resistance values simultaneously, each channel with its own comparator. The AT5130 measures 1 μΩ–300 kΩ with a 30,000-count display.
Standard temperature compensation adapts to varied test requirements. For automated equipment, a HANDLER interface (PLC) outputs GD/NG signals and an RS-232C interface supports SCPI and Modbus protocols (Modbus is now national standard GB/T19582-2008), enabling fully automatic production-line testing in automatic sorting systems and improving automation capability.
