AT516 Series DC Low-Resistance Tester
The AT516 DC resistance tester is a fully automatic real-time micro-benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, offering 0.05% accuracy and a 1 μΩ–20 MΩ measurement range, with a 5-digit, 30,000-count resistance display, 7 ms sampling speed and a built-in temperature-compensation interface to compensate temperature-induced error.
It has a built-in 14-bin comparator output with 10 programmable OK bins; all comparator results can be output through the Handler interface. With standard RS-232 supporting SCPI and Modbus protocols, the AT516 integrates into automatic sorting systems for fully automated production-line testing and communicates with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for efficient remote control and data acquisition.
